• Up to 1 hour of music at event (musical prelude may start 30 minutes prior to ceremony start time).
• In-person music meeting to review your ceremony service/program, determine where music is appropriate, hear options and suggestions, and select your songs. By appointment only at your home or our home office in Hewitt, NJ (Northwest NJ) or Pine Beach, NJ (down the “Jersey Shore” at exit 80 off the GSP).
• Ability to personalize the music program with your favorite songs and music to assure the program meets your wedding vision and personal style.
• Programs include music for: up to a 30-minute prelude of background music while guests arrive; processional for grandparents, parents, and the bridal party; bride’s entrance; interludes; prayers; special cultural traditions; 2 vocal solos; recessional; and postlude. Traditional, contemporary, or a combination.
• Two(2) vocal solos optional and included. Pianist sings and accompanies herself on piano.
• Musical styles may include: light classical; love songs from movies & Broadway musicals; love songs by popular vocalists from the 1920’s to present; timeless standards & classics; contemporary ballads; and/or traditional or contemporary Christian wedding songs. A “Ceremony / Cocktail Repertoire” Song Suggestion List will be provided to you to get you started.
• Written confirmation of final music program with song names and composers to include in your wedding program.
• Ask us about participating in your wedding ceremony rehearsal. A $50 fee applies to cover our time and travel.
• We don’t take breaks, and our professional attire will match your dress code.

Because your music program is customized and I bring my music with me, I regret that I do not take requests from guests at the event.

Please note that for a Catholic Church Wedding Ceremony, our package includes traditional wedding ceremony music only (musical prelude; processionals; vocal solos; recessional; etc.). Torry Events does not provide music for the Catholic mass and/or communion components of your wedding. If you hire Torry Events to provide non-religious music for your Catholic Church wedding ceremony, we are happy to coordinate the music program with your church music director who you would pay separately to provide the religious music components.

Competitve Rates

• $200 if there is a piano on-site at your facility; $250 if we bring our *keyboard.
• $50 OFF when booking us for both your wedding ceremony & cocktail hour.
• Bridal show attendees get **10% off! 
• Events scheduled between Nov. 1 and March 31 get **10% off!
• Additional music rehearsals with other vocalists or musicians are optional services and are offered for an additional fee.
• For regular travel to an event or rehearsal over 90 minutes from Hewitt, NJ, a surcharge of $75/hour will apply. This surcharge will not apply to piano jobs at the “Jersey Shore” on weekends only within 60 minutes drive from Pine Beach, NJ.
• Signed contract with 50% non-refundable deposit required to book and reserve date exclusively for you. Balance is due 10 days prior to your event. We accept cash, checks, and money orders only (sorry no credit cards).

* Access to an electrical outlet required.  Music is projected into event space via a piano amplifier.
**Discounts are not valid on major holidays, including: New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and Valentine’s Day.
***Effective for contracts signed January 1, 2008 and thereafter, you can not combine or use multiple discounts on the same contract. Only one discount or promotional offer may be used per contract.

Torry, Pianist & Vocalist - Ms. Cindy Torry, Professional Bridal Consultant™ and Owner of Torry Events LLC, a wedding/party planning and piano entertainment company, is an experienced piano stylist of 30 years.  For the last 10 years she has had the pleasure and privilege of working with brides and private clients to develop personalized music programs on piano or keyboard with vocals for their weddings and special occasions.

♥ KEYBOARD (primary): KORG SP-100 professional 88-key portable digital stage piano keyboard (works through an amp)

♥ KEYBOARD (backup): YAMAHA PSR-E303 battery-operated electric keyboard (for emergency purposes due to loss of electricity)

♥ MICROPHONE: SHURE SM58 wired microphone for vocals (also available for client announcements, speeches & toasts, etc. upon request)

♥ AMPLIFICATION: ROLAND KC-150 60-watt stereo mixing keyboard amplifier (accommodates ballroom of 500 people)

♥ SET-UP SPACE: 8 feet wide by 4 feet deep

♥ ELECTRICITY: A working electrical outlet within 200 feet is required
