Torry Events can help you plan, coordinate, and manage a party to celebrate any special occasion. Theme parties are our specialty! From invitations to games to food, we’ll plan a fun and memorable event for you and your guests.
We can work with you for as little or as much as you like – our level of involvement is up to you!
Party Planning Packages we offer include:
- Full-Service Party Planning – We’ll help you develop a party format and work with you one-on-one to coordinate all the details from start to finish, and be there at the party to assure everything runs smoothly. See our listing of party planning services below, which outlines the projects we include. Fees are customized based on your party type, size, and budget.
- “Day Of” Party Coordinator – We’ll serve as the party manager on the day of your event, assuring all the plans you have made are executed, run smoothly and on time. Fees are customized based on your party type, size, and budget.
“By Project” Party Planning Assistance – For the person who wants to plan their own event but needs an “assistant” from time to time, you can delegate specific pre-party projects for us to worry about. This might include the invitation component, ie., creating and mailing invitations, tracking RSVPs, making follow-up calls to those who didn’t respond, and creating seating lists. An hourly project fee will apply.
- Event Consulting – If you want to plan your own event but have a lot of questions and need advice, we can meet with you for an hourly consultation on event planning. An hourly consulting fee will apply.

Important Notes:
- For regular travel to an event or rehearsal over 90 minutes from Hewitt, NJ, a surcharge of $75/hour will apply.
- Fees quoted for full-service and “day of” party planning packages cover our creativity, expertise, and time involved in researching, planning, coordinating, and supervising the services and projects above.
- Any products, supplies, or services we purchase on your behalf to be consumed at your event – such as favors, printing of a bridal shower game, or supplies needed to put together the hotel welcome baskets for example – will be billed to you for reimbursement.
- In the event that vendors, subcontractors, facilities, or independent contractors need to be secured to implement a party service, the client will be responsible for signing the vendor contract and paying any associated fees separately and directly to the vendor.
- As always, we will be including all of these projects on our pre-event party planning timeline so we can assure nothing is forgotten and everything is completed on time.
