♥  Stress-Free “Day Of” Wedding Coordination  ♥ 

If you are planning your own wedding but don’t want to stress about the details on your wedding day, let Torry Events be your “Day Of” Wedding Coordinator.  Having an ABC Professional Bridal Consultant™  to serve as your “DAY OF” wedding coordinator will give you the opportunity to relax, have fun, and enjoy your special day knowing that a professional is there to worry about the details and execute the plans you have made. 

Torry Events offers one package that just focuses on overall event management for your wedding weekend only, and another one that additionally offers the assistance of a professional wedding planner to help you finish all your pre-wedding projects starting one month out.  In both cases, one wedding planner and assistant will be there at your wedding rehearsal, wedding ceremony, and wedding celebration.  A flat fee will apply.

♥  Theme Wedding Planning & Design  ♥

Full service theme wedding planning and design from start to finish. Includes: research and development of your customized theme concept; pre-event planning and coordination of ALL standard wedding planning services; theme event design; set-up/take-down; and "day of" event management for your wedding rehearsal, wedding ceremony, and wedding celebration with one wedding planner and assistant.  For theme weddings, Torry Events should be hired as early as possible in your planning process to assure all of your event components will have a coordinated look. A flat fee will apply.

♥  Traditional Full-Service Wedding Planning  ♥ 

Personalized full-service wedding planning from start to finish. Includes: pre-event planning and coordination of ALL standard wedding planning services; and "day of" event management for your wedding rehearsal, wedding ceremony, and wedding celebration with one wedding planner and assistant.  Torry Events can start at any point in your planning process and finish after the reception. A flat fee will apply.

♥  “By Project” Wedding Planning Assistance  ♥ 

If you are planning your own wedding and have a friend to take care of things on your wedding day, but find yourself getting overwhelmed with pre-wedding projects, let Torry Events be your personal assistant on a “by project” basis!  At any point in the planning process, pick and choose the projects you need help with from the services list below, and we’ll take care of it for you. An hourly project fee will apply.

♥  Hourly Wedding Consultations  ♥ 

If you are planning your own wedding but need some direction on wedding planning, etiquette, traditions, and more, call Torry Events for an hourly consultation. We’ll make sure you get the professional advice and answers you need to plan a memorable wedding. An hourly project fee will apply.

*Note: For regular travel to an event or rehearsal over 90 minutes from Hewitt, NJ, a surcharge of $75/hour will apply. Please note that fees quoted for wedding planning packages or additional wedding services cover our creativity, expertise, and time involved in researching, planning, coordinating, and supervising the services and projects above. Any products, supplies, or services we purchase on your behalf to be consumed at your event, such as favors or printing of a bridal shower game, will be billed to you for reimbursement.  In the event that vendors, subcontractors, facilities, or independent contractors need to be secured to implement a wedding or event service, the client will be responsible for signing the vendor contract and paying any associated fees separately and directly to the vendor.  As always, we will be including all of these projects on our pre-event wedding planning timeline so we can assure nothing is forgotten and everything is completed on time.
